
Pick-up Parcel
The parcel is delivered to a parcel locker or parcel point, of which there are more than 2,500 around Finland. The recipient will be immediately notified by a text or email message or an app notification when the parcel is ready for pick-up.
The parcel can be picked up within 1-3 business days after arrival in Finland.

Home Delivery
To arrange delivery, the recipient is sent a text message or email link to the service, where they can choose the date and time of delivery. The recipient also has the option to accept the parcel without signing for it, and give a door code for ensuring successful delivery.
As a general rule, the delivery time enquiry will be sent within one but no later than three business days after arrival. The customer chooses a convenient time for the delivery.

Business Parcel
Business Parcel is particularly suitable for parcels delivered to business addresses. Business Parcels are delivered to the recipient on business days between 8.00 and 16.00 without separate agreement on a delivery time.
The parcel is delivered to the recipient’s address within 1-3 business days after arrival in Finland.

Returns
Our services allow you to offer your customers hassle-free returns, and it is up to you to decide whether a consumer can make a return without contacting your customer service. We also offer solutions without address labels.

Line haul
Through our network of partners, we can also offer you line haul transport to Finland.

Via Finland to the rest of Europe
Through Matkahuolto, you can also send parcels cost-effectively and easily to Sweden, the Baltics and the rest of Europe.

Conditions of carriage
Matkahuolto carries parcels in accordance with the Road Transport Agreement Act, General Conditions of Carriage and Product Terms specifying the legal responsibilities and obligations of the consignor, carrier and consignee.
